A little about us
Who we are
We’re an experience group of small friends that decided to start a Horde guild on Mal’Ganis. The leaders of the guild along with the more senior members are all AOTC raiders from BfA. We’re interested in growing our group with like minded people who just want to have fun playing the game. We don’t care if all you’re interested in is casual gameplay or more progression oriented, we welcome everyone.
What are our plans?
We plan on building a raid team and our plans right now are to go after AOTC. If we have a good enough team we will consider pushing to mythic raiding, but that’s a conversation we’d have with everyone that wants to participate. We also do Mythic+ and will push as high as everyone is willing to go. On top of that we also do regular PvE content like old world raiding and achievement hunting. There’s something for everyone.
What can we offer?
For those that want to raid, we’re willing to teach those that want to raid the mechanics for the raid. We’ll take your logs and analyze them, and help you become better with your class to the best of our ability. All we ask is that you put in the work as well, we’ll give you the tools to get better but you have to be willing to put in the work to get better. We plan to hold giveaways, and calendar days marked specifically for old world raiding (for guild achievements and transmog hunting) as well as helping those that want to get specific achievements for mounts. For example we plan to hold monthly dates to help get specific achievements to help get mounts. Like this one from the Firelands. We also offer smaller amenities like priority queuing in the discord for Raid Bots sims.
We also have a stringent ruleset that we expect everyone to follow, designed to give everyone the respect and inclusiveness that they deserve.
PvE Content
A lot of us try to pursue old world achievements, transmog hunting, and mount hunting. We’re not all about progression raiding and high M+ key hunting, we just want to do what everyone thinks will be fun. If on a particular day everyone wants to go run all of the Classic raids or even go play a different game like Valheim (something a few of our members are on right now and we have a server for it) then that’s what we decide to do. The whole point of the guild the way we see it, is to meet people and have fun playing video games.

Raiding
If you’re interested in raiding, you’ve come to the right place. We want to build a raiding team that has the correct compensation and numbers so that we don’t have to pug to make up for numbers. Everyone is invited, and if anyone needs help we’ll work with anyone who wants the help to better their character and ability to manage mechanics.
To help get people geared for raiding as well as have a break from raids and give those that don’t want to raid something to do, we want to pursue Mythic Plus dungeons and try to hit some higher keys.
Part of a community
The Dominus WoW guild is part of a larger community. Some people here play only WoW and that is perfectly fine, but others also play other games as well. Our sister discord specializes in Rainbow Six Siege and other FPS type of games. If you’re interested in playing more than just World of Warcraft, this is the place to be. Our goal is to create a gaming community where everyone plays whatever they want together, rather than just a place where you only see these people when you’re on WoW.
